8:30 pm: Performances by Srey Thy & the Cambodian Space Project

Call & Response is a powerful new documentary that explores the face of human trafficking around the globe. Combining undercover footage, interviews and dedicated music performances from award winning artists, Call & Response reminds us that there are 27 million people enslaved globally and urges each of us to realize our part in addressing this terrible crime.

Following the film, Srey Thy, lead singer of Cambodian Space Project, will talk on her own experience as a victim of trafficking. At 8.30pm, Cambodian Space Project will play a special performance featuring an acoustic solo from Srey Thy. Entry is free but donations to SHISHA NGO will be appreciated.

A puppeteer discovers a hidden doorway in his office, which turns out to be a portal into John Malkovitch (the famous actor)'s mind. Upon entering the portal, one gets to be inside Malkovitch's mind for 15 odd minutes. As with any great discovery of this century, the ultimate question immediately arises : 'How can we make money out of this?' He and his co-worker promptly set out to exploit this discovery. Cours de théâtre pour enfant, de 8 à 18 ans.

La pratique du théâtre par les enfants doit être amenée d'une manière imagée et ludique. C'est une activité artistique, pédagogique qui est fondée sur la liberté d'expression de chacun (le respect) et qui contribue au développement personnel de chaque enfant. L'approche de la technique théâtrale apporte une aide importante au niveau de l'expression orale, du développement des facultés artistiques, de la mémorisation, du contact avec l'écrit, de la connaissance de son corps, de la socialisation, de l'organisation spatiale et temporelle.

Enfants de 8 à 13 ans: de 10h30 à 12h
Enfants de 14 à 18 ans: 14h à 15h30

Phil has created and raised in Paris L'Ecole de Comédie Musicale Trois Arts, french division of the Broadway Three Arts Academy. He has been a vocal coach for the "Pop Idol" TV broadcast french version and numerous shows such as "Notre-Dame de Paris" and "Romeo & Juliet".
