Tim's 'What's On'

From Tim Rann:

Hi!

The primaries have ended in the USA.  Here's to hoping that we can all cast our ballots again at USA Donuts come December.  Perhaps a similar strategy in the states would increase turnout - Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks voting centers.   Also, is it me or are the Dunkin Donuts Munchkins a complete rip off the Umpa Lumpas from Willy Wonka?

Apartment for rent - See long description below:

----------

2 Beautiful large rooms available in a two story; free standing wooden house on street 95 (near mao tse tung and monivong intersection).
Room has:

  • private bathroom with bath, shower, toilet etc.
  • three sets of large wooden windows with french shutters.
  • very breezy with fan.
  • The room is upstairs and has its own living space.
  • Fully furnished with bed, book shelves, wardrobe etc.

PRICE: Rent is $123 per month though with electricity, cleaner and security comes to a total of $170.
other bonuses of this house include:

  • Huge balcony overlooking lush tropical trees.
  • Cable TV, modern kitchen and laundry.
  • Full time security and cleaner.
This house has five bedrooms though we only rent out four as we keep a room for Carly the lorii hunter  who comes down from the jungle for a weekend here and there.
If you are interested please note that we are a animal friendly house and have two friendly outdoor only dogs Lara and Eugine that act as our backup security team; and we also have two cats Contoi (very cute) and lil kitty (very independent) that love hunting rats thus keeping them away. So it would be great if you have a love for animals even better if your a vet ;).
Please note that we will also have another room available at the end of June so if you want to move with a friend; its a possibility.

So let us know if you are interested,
