Stretcher Bars

We are manufacturer Stretcher bars in with the experience of over 15 years . We are confident to say that we never lose a customer because of quality , because we are the first one producing pine stretcher bar in China ,our quality is worthy of its quality . We donot like to do rubbish or low quality product , because our staff does have this skill , even you ask them to do worse they can not .
For the stretcher bars , smooth and straight are the most important two factors .
About the bend issue, this is the very key problem ,if the frame is blend ,the frame can not be used . And for China there is less factory can produce good quality stretcher bars ,.
Our current factory is the first one who produces the pine stretcher bars, our boss produced the furniture before entering stretcher bar production ,and when we start the stretcher bar business ,our product level is according to the furniture standard .
Our current production Manager is our previous furniture production manager before entering to stretcher bar . He has been in this line for more than 20 years experience ,he even develops automatic tongue and groove machine by himself . We produce the stretcher bar which is used for automatic frame assembling machine . All the production according to the stretcher bar draft ,and the tolerance needs to be controlled very strictly .
With 100 workers of which 30% is over 8 years experience. 40% in workshop is about 5 years experience . Even the new staff is still well skilled .
For the quality control , we have very strict raw material inspection , if you want we can send you our photos of our mass production . All the photos are taken from our workshops, you can check the quality from the photo .
Straight is the basic quality of the stretcher bar that can be used for frame .
We donot want to have one time deal , we want long term business cooperation .
I donot know if you can believe the fact that once the customer work with us , we never lose a customer because of the quality issue. We have many customers that have worked with us for more than 10 years .

3. We have strict QC and well managed production system , responsible production manager, well skilled staff
4.Our tongue and groove cutting machine is automatic ,so if our stretcher bar is not good quality , it can not used on the machine
