Dear friends,Our monthly Human Rights Drinks for 2010 is on again.
For the first event for the new year, we are pleased and honoured to
have *Mr. Surya Subedi, United Nations Special Rapporteur on the
situation of human rights in Cambodia* share with the human rights
community about his second mission to Cambodia and the key human rights
issues and concerns.

Time: 7:00PM (followed by Q and A -one hour)
